We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruiter to join award winning Recruitment team. The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is a busy but rewarding role and you will need to be able to work well under pressure.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is full time (37.5 hours per week) and based from our Peterborough office on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Whilst this post is office based - we know that work is something you do not just a place you go.
At Mencap we give office-based colleagues and teams more flexibility about where the work is done.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will predominately be recruiting for Support Workers to help change the lives of people with a learning disability.
