We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Travelex. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the hiring process across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate candidate data and records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to recruitment and hiring
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and implement process improvements to streamline the hiring process
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Administrative experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
