OBJECTIVE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to promote growth and ensure the development of strong, enduring partnerships.
- Leveraging social media platforms for market analysis, client engagement, job advertising, candidate attraction, and relationship building.
- Utilizing talent management systems to align suitable candidates with client vacancies.
- Evaluating applications, coordinating interviews, and short-listing candidates for client consideration.
- Assessing candidate qualifications and verifying their fit before presenting them to clients.
- Conducting market research, visiting clients, and maximizing networking and sales opportunities.
- Preparing candidate profiles and correspondence for clients regarding suitable applicants.
- Coordinating interviews and providing constructive feedback.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or sales with a focus on resilience and determination.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-driven with a positive, results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
