Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
  • Produce contracts and offer letters from various templates
  • Participate in Social Media campaigns to raise awareness of our vacancies
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of employee data and assist with preparing reports and contract documents for HRrelated activities
  • Assist with other HRrelated projects as assigned

Qualifications:
Essential skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in utilisng social media platforms for recruitment purposes
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
Desirable skills

  • Proficiency in using HR software such as HRIS
  • Experience in utilisng social media platforms for recruitment purposes
