**Job Summary**:
We are temporarily expanding the HR team to take on an additional HR Administrator to support the team in providing a comprehensive HR service to our KLM UK Engineering colleagues.

**Duties**:

- Providing total overall administration to the HR team and business to ensure the smooth running of the function.
- Administering the new starter setup, including employee setup in the system, coordinating new starter packs, and conducting reference checks.
- Ensuring the leaver process is followed, from the point of resignation through to the employee’s last day.
- Keeping up-to-date records on Equator of all changes to an employee’s details.
- Supporting the team with absence recording and reporting.
- Coordinating Occupational Health visits and ensuring screenings are up to date.
- Updating absence records.
- Supporting the work placement process.
- Data processing and storage in line with GDPR regulations.
- Working in a busy environment that is looking to improve its internal processes, so contributing to process improvement would be a great benefit. Flexibility in adapting to these ongoing changes will be key.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience working in a busy administrative role - experience within an HR team is strongly desirable.

- Demonstrates care and understanding for the outcomes of their work and the impact on their colleagues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, both in writing and data input.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

- Appreciation for sensitive situations and the ability to always maintain absolute confidentiality.
