HR Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our dynamic HR Team at our Head Office in Norwich. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our HR functions, ensuring that all administrative procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issuing Contracts of Employment and onboarding documentation to new starters across Norse Group
  • Ensuring accurate onboarding information and documents are obtained and recorded, including processing DBS checks as required
  • Collaborating with the wider HR Teams, including Recruitment and Payroll, to ensure a seamless candidate journey throughout the onboarding process
  • Liaising with Managers on new appointments, variations, and terminations
  • Providing efficient solutions to employee and manager queries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment
  • Excellent ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team
  • Comfortable engaging and communicating with people at all levels across the business
  • Strong written communication style, able to produce standard letters and reports
  • Capable of working to your own initiative in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
