At CV-Library, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our HR Department. Our HR team is responsible for providing excellent service to our employees and management team, ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Provide professional administrative support to the HR Department, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  2. Employee Relations: Deal with incoming queries, support employee engagement activities, and contribute to a positive work environment.
  3. Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies, including payroll preparation and benefits administration.
Requirements:
  1. Organizational Skills: Effectively manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and ensure smooth HR operations.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the HR team.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management systems.
