HR Team Leader

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and motivate the HR Shared Services team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and professional development.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services function, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR services.
- Implement and improve processes to optimise efficiency and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that HR services meet the needs of employees and managers.
- Address and resolve escalated inquiries and issues, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service delivery.
- Stay informed about HR laws and regulations, ensuring that HR Shared Services processes are compliant.
- Collaborate with the HR team to update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR Shared Services processes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators and service delivery metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and CIPD qualified
- Proven experience in HR shared services or a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR technologies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: £42,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
