**Key responsibilities**:

- Typing-up customer invoices
- Requesting supplier quotes
- Liaising with field-based team providing them with office-based support
- Updating the CRM (customer relationship management system)
- Extracting data and reports from our systems as required
- Internal data analysis/benchmarking
- Supporting the management and field team with administrative tasks
- General office administration.

**Essential skills**:

- Confident, friendly and professional
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT skills, including good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organisation, self-motivation and prioritisation skills
- A positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a busy office environment.

**Desirable skills**:

- Previous administrative/office experience in any industry
- Interest or experience within the food and drink industry - restaurants, bars, hotels (because most of our members are hospitality businesses).
