**Team**

Kennedys' professional liability team deal with all areas of professional liability and handle claims of all sizes and complexity, including insurers who underwrite some of the world's largest financial institutions, global law firms, the 'Big Four' accounting firms, as well as insurers who underwrite regional, local and smaller institutions and firms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversight of client reporting to support fee earners with data entry
- Ensuring the team are on track with reporting deadlines
- Co-ordinating helplines
- SLA compliance/billing
- Panel liaison
- Ensure a proactive approach is taken to carrying out all duties to maintain and improve client relations.

**Required experience**
- Excellent knowledge and experience of analysing technical data, including dealing with complex queries and presenting information to internal and external clients
- Working knowledge of SQL based reporting
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, ideally developed in a partnership environment
- IT skills including Excel and Powerpoint coupled with demonstrable experience of delivering MI information using these technologies

- Proven experience in managing high volumes of data and resolution of complex queries to completion and experience in process review and identifying process improvements
- Demonstrable experience of internal and external compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner and strong writing skills
- Flexible and adaptable to deal with changing requirements, able to balance competing priorities
- Excellent analytical skills with good attention to detail both personally and for the team.
- Commitment to delivering a professional service to the highest standards with a strong focus on client service
- Proactive team player.
