W&RC is recruiting to expand our dynamic and highly motivated team of experts.

The position is currently available at the Old Bank, 99 Palatine Road, West Didsbury, Manchester. Minimum of 16 hours per week worked over 3-4 days with a requirement to be flexible, to assist with holiday and sickness cover.

The role plays a key part in our patient/client journey and clinic reputation, supporting the team to ensure we deliver high quality customer service in our person-centred approach, to ensure the physical, mental and social aspects of our patients/clients health is always considered.

As our Client Care Co-Ordinator you will spend a lot of time helping both patients, clients and our clinical team to ensure each day runs smoothly. It’s a job that will keep you busy, but you’ll be working as part of a dedicated and approachable team.

Your duties will include:

- ensuring the clinic provides reliable top-level customer service
- assisting in management of day to day running of the clinic
- greeting visitors, maintaining appointments, taking payments, clerical work
- tracking availability and preparing patients before their visit
- organising rooms for clinical staff
- managing IT systems and assisting with social media
- addressing customer concerns
- supporting all clinic staff throughout the working day

- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficient in the use of social media to support business growth.

**Salary**: dependent on experience
