- Leading and managing the customer service team.
- Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
- Ensuring customer queries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Training team members and monitoring their performance.
- Providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generating reports on team performance and customer feedback.
- Participating in meetings and contributing to company strategy and policy-making.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Customer Service Team Leader should have:

- Proven leadership skills.
- A customer-centric mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to handle pressure and challenging situations.
- A problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- A degree in Business Administration or relevant field is desirable but not essential.
