An exciting opportunity has arise to join the Gynaecology administrative team to help make a real difference to those patients on a suspected cancer pathway.

You will be an integral part of a wider team of specialist doctors, nurses, health care professions and other administrators.

You will need to be able to demonstrate you work well in a team, but as a Band 4 you will also need the ability to use your own initiative and to work independently as required

The main responsibilities of the role will be, working with colleagues, to ensure suspected cancer patients have their pathways managed in a timely fashion. This will include making appointments, speaking to patients, liaising with colleagues and attending meeting as required. It will also require you to keep accurate records and to chase results and outcomes as may be needed.

The role will be based predominantly based at the CH and / or John Radcliffe Hospital.
