As a **Care Coordinator**, you will;
- Help maintain & develop the growth & operation performance of your branch;
- Lead by example, working in partnership with staff to safeguard our clients and Professional Carers at all times whilst supporting the Registered Branch Manager to operate a safe and effective service;
- Ability to think on your feet and make a commitment to see things through and get the best outcomes for the people you support;
- Show commitment to your team by supporting new initiatives and making recommendations for continuous improvement;
**Your day to day activities will include;**
- Be responsible for the scheduling of our Professional Carers across the area
- Manage communication on a daily basis ensuring all calls across the area are covered and attended;
- Support team members across the area and where possible ensure all schedules are covered by matching Professional Carers with clients’ needs while meeting their preferences in regards to days, times and duration of visits;
- Participating in the on-call service which will change with the needs of the business;
- Lead by example ensuring that any reasonable requests are acted upon and any concerns or complaints are promptly investigated and dealt with appropriately;
- Deal with daily enquiries from new and existing clients and signpost or provide information about other professional services that may be required;
- Providing quality support to the clients, the office team and all Professional Carers;
- Record staff sickness, absence & holidays;
- Cover care calls when necessary in cases of urgent need;
