**Radfield Home Care** specialises in personalised, private care for older people in their own home. We’re a leader in home care innovation and a fast-growing, multi-award winning business.

**Responsibilities**:
Working at our Camberley office, you will be an important part of the team that is responsible for the daily service delivery to our clients in the Camberley, Farnborough & Fleet area. From managing care needs with clients and their families to supporting a team of care professionals, and setting and managing rotas to keeping essential records up-to-date.

This position would be suitable for anyone with experience as either a Care Coordinator, Field Care Supervisor or Senior Care Worker. However, as this position comes with full training, we would consider anyone with the right understanding of domiciliary care who matches the skills criteria for this position.

**Duties**:

- Telephone communication with clients, families, health professionals, care staff and customer enquiries via telephone
- Scheduling weekly visits for care staff and distribution of rotas
- Participate in the recruitment and training process of new care staff
- Maintain staff compliance in line with CQC regulations
- Participating in the On-Call rota outside of office hours rotating with other people within the operational team.
