**You’ll help with**
- **Coordinating schedules **- preparing rotas & communicating with staff, clients & families
- **Building awareness **- assessing clients in your local community
- **Upholding reputation **- handling complaints & taking action
- **Delivering care** - offering clients a friendly face & good company; participating in out of hours on-call
- **Leadership **- by inducting new starters & assessing Team training
- **Upholding standards** - ensuring compliance with policies

**You’ll need**
- A willingness to learn & develop in your new role
- Experience providing domiciliary care
- Ability to deal with challenging & deadline driven work
- A driving licence & access to a vehicle

- Strong communication, organisational & teamwork skills
- A responsible, dedicated & flexible work ethic

You don’t need previous experience as a Care Coordinator, but you’ll need professional experience in providing domiciliary care. When you join, you’ll receive advanced training from our exclusive Alina Homecare Academy and have the opportunity to progress your career with us
