Our Field Care Supervisors play a vital role in making our mission happen by leading, supervising and enhancing the quality of care we provide to all our clients.
**Field Care Supervisor responsibilities**:
Some of the primary responsibilities of the role of Field Care Supervisor in the Camberley, Farnborough & Fleet area, are as follows:
- Review and assess the work of our care professionals and provide feedback for training and development.
- Review the quality of the care provided and acting quickly to put improved measures in place
- Provide hands-on care and support when needed
- Scheduling of visits to ensure staff rotas are sent on time.
- Visiting clients to assess needs and consult with individuals and families to make informed decisions
This role is split between the office and the community.
**Hours of work**:
This position will be on a full-time basis and will be split between community and office based working. The working hours will be split into daytime working and evening working, totalling 37.5 hours per week. The working days will be Monday to Friday, with weekend responsibilities as part of the on-call team, rotating with other staff. Any overtime for care visits will be paid separately in addition to your salary.
**What type of person are we looking for?**:
You’re someone who loves working with people and helping their development, outcomes-focused and always looking for ways to enhance quality of care, while working in an environment that’s busy and fluid. You’ll need to have some previous experience providing personal care, working for a home care agency at Senior Carer or Supervisory level. You’ll also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.
We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as senior caregiver, senior care worker, senior support worker, healthcare assistant, senior home care assistant, senior carer, care coordinator, field care supervisor and senior care home worker.
