The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and organisational support to the Training & Development and Health & Safety teams.

You’ll be working with the teams to support a timely, efficient and engaging delivery of all training programmes and activities, and compliance with audit and inspection reporting requirements.
This role is suitable for a positive and approachable individual looking to gain experience in a busy and friendly environment. We’re looking for someone who’ll be proactive, professional and trustworthy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recording and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Training and H&S data entry ensuring high accuracy of all records
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the teams
- Providing a reliable point of contact for training and H&S matters
- Occasional travel to sites (with prior notice) may be required
- Carrying out such other duties as may reasonably be required

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Experience of working in an office environment and, ideally, providing customer service
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload to ensure deadline are met
- Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Personal effectiveness - utilising own energy, skills and motivation to achieve goals (verbal and non-verbal communication, ability to handle conflict, ability to handle difficult conversations, teamwork, empathy, listening, positive attitude)
- Commitment to continuous upskilling and lifelong learning
