Job Title: Operations Administrator

**Salary**: up to £25,000 DOE
Location: Watford
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5pm

Our client is a fast growing company which provide legal support to property owners. They pride themselves in providing top end customer service and always committing to their clients to support them.

Skills Required:

- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- Good organisational skills and time management
- Microsoft Software e.g Word and Excel
- Confident in building relationships with clients
- Telephone experience is beneficial
- Ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule meetings for clients
- First point of contact for incoming calls
- Maintain stock lists for office supplies
- Manage and maintain database
- Utilise systems to verify property details
- Collect data for reports
- General office admin such as photocopying and filing
