**Academy Training Administrator**

**Location: Watford, WD24 4WW**
**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday**

Our client are currently looking to recruit a Training Administrator to join the Academy Team based within Watford.

The role will be responsible for the coordination of employee training programs, administering the record keeping system to track employee training participation and progress.

**Responsibilities**
- Administers training requests, training registration and training logistics, ensuring accurate data recording.
- Coordinates with external suppliers
- Manages the training logistics (booking of hotels, training rooms, sending information to participants, billing information, etc.)
- Process invoices and checks the invoices against orders.
- Produce and distribute certification relating to training activities.
- Ensure training evaluations are completed by employees for reporting as required.
- Dealing with Learning Management
- Training Requests
- Providing Joining Instructions
