**Sales Director**

Lanlee Supplies is a family run Fencing and Timber Merchant trading since 1986, based in Colne, Lancashire, with a fantastic location just off the M65. Our well-earned reputation allows us to provide the best customer service possible, including high quality materials at competitive prices.

**Sales Director Position Summary**

The Sales Director is responsible for leading the sales team and managing the overall direction of the sales process. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive new business acquisition, retention, and conversion. The Sales Director will also be responsible for the overall direction of the sales team, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, training, coaching, and leadership.

**Sales Director Job Requirements**
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in building and developing sales teams.
- A proven track record of increasing sales through cold calling, direct mailings, and other marketing efforts.
- Knowledge of fencing and timber products
- Knowledge of recruiting and retention strategies.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in developing sales teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
