**Office Administrator**
**We are looking for a self-managing enthusiastic, organised administration assistant to join our team. The applicant is to work 27 hours split over 3 working days between the hours of 9-5 (specific days of the week can be flexible). The role will predominantly be dealing with new enquires, ongoing maintenance issues, dealing with contractors and telephone enquiries.**
**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organise and schedule appointments.
- Write and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Handle requests and queries from tenants or outside parties such as ordering supplies or obtaining referrals etc.
- Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Arranging for the necessary certificates to be carried out with our approved contractors.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident telephone manor and communication skills.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 27 per week
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
