Are you a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator seeking your next professional challenge? Our client, a vibrant and successful organization, is in search of a Senior Administrative Coordinator to deliver outstanding administrative support.
If you are dedicated to providing exceptional service and excel in a dynamic setting, this position may be an ideal fit for you.Key Responsibilities:
1. Reconcile monthly telecommunication expenses, ensuring precise record-keeping.
2. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor on various projects and assignments.
3. Maintain the Gift and Hospitality log, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
4. Serve as the primary contact for general office responsibilities, including scheduling meeting rooms and greeting visitors.
5. Uphold the reception area and shared spaces to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
6. Organize and oversee utility agreements, coordinating with service providers as necessary.
7. Manage company documentation, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval processes.
8. Oversee company vehicle policies and maintenance schedules.
9. Provide support for general office management tasks across multiple locations.
10. Communicate building issues or changes to the facilities manager, ensuring a safe and pleasant work environment.
11. Prepare necessary reports for the finance department, including monthly summaries for supplies and expenses.
12. Assist in the development and enhancement of SharePoint, contributing to ongoing improvements.
13. Welcome new team members to the office, offering tours and a friendly introduction.
14. Undertake additional project work as assigned, leveraging your expertise.
15. Manage company rental properties, coordinating with tenants and service providers, and handling lease agreements.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in general office software applications.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
