Our facility features multiple surgical theatres and an endoscopy unit, along with a surgical ward that accommodates a diverse range of specialties including Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, General Surgery, Vascular, Plastics, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Spinal, Urology, and ENT. Recent upgrades to our surgical theatres have enhanced our operational environment and introduced state-of-the-art technology to our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the endoscopy service and guide the team in delivering patient care in a secure and compassionate setting, ensuring efficiency and clinical effectiveness while upholding patient privacy and dignity. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to other team members and assist the Theatre Manager in the overall administration of the healthcare environment.

Ideal Candidate:

Must be NMC registered - your registration should be free of any restrictions or conditions.

Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within endoscopy services.

Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentorship.

Compassionate individual with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and strong communication abilities.
