Customer Services Administrator

As we continue to grow, we are searching for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a passion for world-class client and customer service, ready to take the next step in their career and join us at our Eastwood office.
Your daily tasks will require you to provide first-line telephone support to leaseholders & tenants as well as liaising with 3rd party contractors, arranging maintenance visits, filing, noting incoming correspondence and producing outgoing correspondence on behalf of the team. In addition, you will be required to respond to enquiries relating to payment plans, chase outstanding debts and other general credit control enquiries.
