About the Role">

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Customer Service Support professional to join our team at Top Job Recruitment Ltd. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and databases, and assisting with basic bookkeeping and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is essential.
