Customer Service Support Specialist

This role involves working as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues via phone and email, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include performing clerical duties such as data entry, filing, managing correspondence, maintaining customer records and databases, and assisting with basic bookkeeping and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

- Holidays: 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays.">
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on location and experience.
