**Job Title**: Senior Admin Officer - 3388

**Location**: Adelaide Street, Belfast

**Hours of work**: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 09.00am to 5pm)

**Salary range**: £11.39

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate communication with service contractors, ensuring strict adherence to established standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare meticulous and comprehensive meeting minutes, capturing essential discussions and decisions for accurate record-keeping and future reference.
- Solicit and compile valuable feedback on contracts from stakeholders and internal departments to align service provisions with organisational needs and expectations.
- Assist in the creation of essential business documentation, including business cases, contract specifications, pricing schedules, and variations, requiring precise articulation of complex contractual information.
- Contribute to the overall contract management process, overseeing timelines, facilitating effective communication among involved parties, and actively participating in issue resolution to ensure contract execution runs smoothly.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- BTEC Higher or equivalent qualification plus one year’s relevant general administrative experience.

**OR**
- BTEC National or equivalent qualification plus two years' relevant general administrative experience.

**Other**:

- This will be an admin role related to project work so experience in project admin support and in minute taking is essential.

**For the purposes of shortlisting, applicants must demonstrate their relevant experience for the number of years required, depending on their level of qualification, in all of the following 4 areas**:

- Confidence in providing a high-quality direct phone or face to face customer service in a busy work environment.
- Experience of accurately undertaking general administration tasks such as data entry and filing in a timely manner.
- Experience of communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing.

- A Basic Access NI Check is Required at a cost of £18.
