**These roles are permanent with excellent training, development & progression.**

**The Role**:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, answering a variety of questions regarding their product & coming to the best solution for the customer. You will have to be empathetic over the phone and make sure to understand everyone's circumstance and ending the call with a positive outcome for the customer. **(This role involves no sales)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Speaking with customers over the phone via inbound calling
- Empathising and engaging with customers, getting them to tell their story and explain their situation
- To deliver a professional and consistent level of customer service
- Provide telephone-based support and guidance to customers
- Keeping internal systems up to date

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Ability to empathise and actively listen to customers
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to communicate with customers clearly and confidently over the phone
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload
- IT Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
