**The Role**

The purpose of the role is to ensure the delivery a World Class Customer Experience Strategy to our B2B customers. You will work with the Customer Experience Manager to deliver exceptional BAU processes and identify and develop best practice. Driving a positive, performance focused culture which achieves and exceeds SLA’s and delivers exceptional customer and stakeholder management; ensuring we understand their needs, and provide products and services that exceed their expectations and retain their loyalty.
- **Job Type**: Full-time, permanent
- **Salary**: Up to £35,000
- **Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

**The work - Your 4 most important responsibilities**
- Manage the day to day group logistics for B2B & B2C
- Order processing; from order placement to delivery, ensuring the deliveries are processed and delivered on time and to satisfaction
- Work in partnership with supply chain to ensure order maximisation
- Effectively communicating with key stake holders on product availability and stock shortages

**Accountability - what you are responsible for delivering**
- Effective booking and management of OT deliveries across the group
- Day to Day management of order well and processing of orders.
- Completion of export paperwork - assisting in customs clearance
- Effective cost and account management
- Up to date invoice management - systems processing

Specific metrics will be set when in role and will be reviewed and built upon regularly. Alongside this, you will be supported with a PDP that will enable you to continue improving your own performance and impact.

- Good commercial acumen and an understanding of the production to despatch process
- Previous knowledge of business systems - Korber, SAP and SEKO
- Experience working with carriers - B2B - B2C
- Understanding of costs and cost management
- Experience of office based account management
- Computer literacy
- Working knowledge of export documentation (Desirable)
