As our **Creative Lead - Brand**, you will play an integral role in the brand team to consistently present our hero brands across multiple touch points. You will effectively be managing an internal design agency. You will be a self-starter and happy to manage the how. You will be able to think creatively, manage and plan team resources to hit deadlines. Bringing bright new ideas and problem solving to business challenges is also a must. You’ll be a keen to keep abreast of trends in the media and design world and copy-writing skills would also be a benefit. This is a wonderful role to showcase an individual’s talents and make a lasting impression on our business.

**Our Creative Lead - Brand, will have the following responsibilities**:

- Driving our brand build activities with exceptional and consistent brand presentation across multiple touch points, including Advertising, packaging, photography, web assets, direct mail, sampling, pattern books, literature, social media content, websites, video, B2B as well as B2C.
- Ownership and implementation of Brand Guidelines
- Manage a team of two people to deliver our objectives efficiently and effectively and on to deadline.
- Manage the briefing process into the team and the allocation of resources within the team.
- Creation of all product labelling and packaging artwork, as well as delivery notes etc.
- Creation of video advertising for use across social media and digital channels, accounting for various specs.
- Creation of artwork for any print advertising (often local / trade).
- Create and manage CGI asset creation to a realistic standard, representing products authentically, to meet web demands and time frames.
- Create advertising concepts and play an integral role in the development of the Comms Plan planning two years out.
- Instore POS artwork for National Accounts (including category concepts and pitches), Key Accounts and Factory Shops.
- Instore Fixturing design concepts.
- Understand and develop the tone of voice for our brands.
- Work on exciting projects like Design and Colour of the Year, and initiatives such as International Wallpaper Week.
- Produce our bi-monthly “Loving Home” magazine which goes out to over half a million customers.
- Liaise and work with stakeholder groups as the custodian of the creative elements of numerous projects.
- Working on internal communication projects to promote collaboration and connection.
- Design the company Christmas Card

**Experience and skills required by our Creative Lead - Brand**:

- Educated to degree level or have relevant experience.
- Strong competence and understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
