At WEC Group Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our services to new and existing clients, identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our services and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business growth strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
  • Develop and deliver sales reports and forecasts to inform business decision-making and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and other sales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and their applications, enabling effective communication and sales of our offerings.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales and Business Growth Specialist with a proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the welding and fabrication industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Conversant in welding and fabrication technologies, with a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, with a strong understanding of technical specifications and requirements.
