Job Summary
- Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Marketing Specialist located in Blackburn.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work on the planning and implementation of projects that hold up the marketing and/or communications function. You will work with a small team executing actions, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. This role will have as tong focus on Events management, supporting our Sales teams and completing any post event actions.

What a typical day looks like:
- Holds up marketing initiatives, strategies and activities within the sector of specific products, industry and/or function- Partners with marketing and/or communication team, business and/or functional business to identify, shape and deliver content that impacts strategies, goals and enables sales for the business or function- Holds up global and regional marketing initiatives in alignment with the business and functional strategies-
- Completes end to end project tasks to create deliverables and content- Research and monitors industry trends and fierce markets whilst preparing programmed reports for management, customers, and othersThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing / Communication or similar is required- Excellent written and verbal communication- Experienced in organising and running Events, preferably within a Manufacturing space- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Experience in creating digital marketing campaigns that convert the target audience- Strong reporting and analytics skills- Creative, enthusiastic with a pro-active attitude and a keen eye for detail- Valid UK driver’s license required- Experience or knowledge of B2B marketing is advantageous
