**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Create engaging and compelling content to promote our products and services.
- Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Design visually appealing brochures, leaflets, and other marketing materials to support our business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive branding and marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure we remain at the forefront of marketing innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the wedding or events industry.
- Proficiency in using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest for business purposes.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Excellent design skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends as required.
