Seeing children develop into confident, healthy aspiring individuals is at the heart of the business.We're looking for a Sales and Marketing specialist to help us grow our business by shaping and driving our B2B through direct sales, building relationships with existing customer and driving our social marketing through the roofWe need to maximise our reach and communication to existing and new customers.   • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
  • Building new contacts through a direct sales approach.
  • Attract business meetings / networks and appointments through effective marketing and communication.
  • Managing partnerships - communication/confident/creative.
  • Understanding how marketing can influence the revenue.
  • Content creation and delivery.
  • Ability to build and drive social media and content daily.
  • Self-sufficient and highly motivated to drive marketing.
  • Build and deliver email campaigns.
  • Being proactive and using initiative to work independently and take charge of the role.

You must have proactive sales experience and a working knowledge of how to drive a business through socials (Inst/Facebook/TikTok/LinkedIn). A Sales and Marketing specialist who is very comfortable working with external contacts.
