**About The Role**:
We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join the Admin Office team based at our central office, The AML Hub.

The AML Hub is our brand-new office located in Warwick, where you will be the first person many people see or talk to when engaging with Alliance Medical Limited.

Offering an excellent front of house experience with a warm, approachable, and friendly, personal interaction, while confidently handling the pressures of a busy office reception,

The role involves working 8-hour shifts over 5 days.

Duties include:

- Excellent front of house skills - warm, approachable, friendly, and good people skills. Confidently handle pressure of a busy office reception, able to multi-task.
- Requirement to provide reception and administrative support and being aware of the importance of being the first person many people see or talk to when engaging with Alliance Medical Limited.
- You will be expected to build a knowledge of the organisation; who key personnel are, both external and internal, and understand the organisation's aims and objectives.
- Manage visitors / contractors - sign in / issue visitor passes / reconcile visitor passes
- Handle calls into Reception
- Manage goods inward / collections
- Post deliveries / collections
- Meeting room bookings and associated adminstration
- Point of contact with Building Concierge
- Liaise with facilities department with any Hub related issues
- Replenish stationery / kitchen consumables / printer consumables / paper
- Keep office space tidy during day - meeting rooms / kitchen area
- Log facility jobs with Quest
- Creating on call rota's
- Admin office purchase order and invoice tracking
- Support to Admin Office when possible/as required
- Sending out of training manuals

A good standard of education as well as several years reception/administrative support experience is essential.

Be able to demonstrate:

- Good IT experience e.g Microsoft
- Good communication skills and team working experience

- Ability to stay calm in a challenging situation
