- 42.5 hours per week, usually over 5 days, including Weekends and Bank Holidays

**The Job Role**
- Reservationist for fantastic independent hotel
- Reporting to Head Receptionist
- Maximising hotel occupancy and revenue
- Experience on Rezlynx system an advantage - but not essential as full training provided
- Performing Front Desk procedures and Hotel check in
- Processing hotel reservations for all segments of the hotel
- Adhering to all hotel booking policies and procedures
- Taking payments and performing full administrative checks for Hotel reservations and all package inclusions (Spa Treatments, Restaurant Bookings, Golf etc)
- Checking and Preparing arrivals for following day
- Working alongside the Head Receptionist to provide feedback and evolve the Hotel Reservations department

**The Requirements**:

- Hotel sales and/or Hotel administration experience preferred
- Work well within small office team
- Being pro-active to business needs
- Flexibility of working hours, working around the business when required
- Full UK driving license and own transport essential
