**Due to ongoing business expansion and several exciting new programmes, we are excited to share that we have a great vacancy for a Project Administrator to join our Customer Experience team on a part time basis (22.5 hours per week).**

**Here you will play an integral part in the project management and operational success of all external training and delivery programmes to enable their smooth and efficient preparation (pre-delivery), roll-out (delivery) and subsequent follow-up (post-delivery), ensuring both our contractual requirements and customer experience standards are met.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Timely preparation, production and dispatch of all relevant documentation across a programme/ project lifecycle in line with our pre-delivery, delivery and post-delivery processes (I.e. course/event materials or reports, running boards, trainer guides, hand-outs, workbooks, certificates, course assessments, flipchart notes, delegate follow up packs and so on), ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of content.
- Managing our digital learner journey platform.
- Administer all booking, travel, accommodation and technical requirements in terms of the setup of any IT infrastructure required.
- Promoting a strong customer experience ethos by ensuring all requests and customer queries are handled accurately and within a timely manner and that the customer and other key stakeholders are kept informed of progress, and any potential issues are escalated as appropriate to ensure projects remain on schedule throughout.
- Proactive communication with the Customer Experience team on priorities, activities and progress against agreed plans and objectives to ensure activities and actions are understood, effectively communicated and successfully executed.
- Contributing in assigned internal meetings and any customer specific meetings deemed necessary and appropriate.
- Setting up, tracking and administration of our Customer project management boards through use of our project management software, as well as administration of customer portals, the CRM tool, internal databases and trackers and other project delivery tools as necessary.
- Competently deal with inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Other general project support administration as required.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous administrative experience as a Project Administrator, Co-Ordinator or similar role in a people and customer focused environment.
- A good general level of education with a minimum at GCSE (or equivalent) level including at least a C obtained in English and Mathematics.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organised, action-oriented and able to work off own initiative to manage busy workload and prioritise appropriately
- Excellent IT skills in particular, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams but also familiarity with project management software and contemporary digital tools, platforms and channels.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal skills to ensure clear and professional communication and collaboration both internally and externally.
- Flexibility to adapt and respond to changing priorities and situations.
- Continuous improvement mindset to ensure we are always improving our processes, ways of working and customer experiences.

We operate a hybrid working schedule which currently includes three set days per week from our offices and two days per week working from home. As this role is part-time, an equivalent pro-rata amount will be discussed and agreed. However due to the nature and responsibilities of this role, there is a requirement that some of the working week be office based.

**Salary**:£21,000 - £23,000 (FTE)

£12,600 - £13,800 (Pro-rata based on 22.5 hours per week)
