Full-time in the office initially with option for hybrid working after six months.
**As the Project Administrator you will**:

- Work as an integral part of the delivery team to help plan and manage client project implementation and the document administration that is part of this process, via SharePoint
- Attend client project setup meetings alongside your Project Manager
- Manage all aspects of the required administration for each project and keep the tracking system up to date
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries
- Provide support at training sessions and act as intermediary between trainees and trainer

**The ideal Project Administrator**:

- Will be comfortable working in a small office environment
- Has strong proven skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Is a confident and natural communicator at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders
- Will be an energetic, enthusiastic, and positive personality
- Is great at prioritising workload efficiently and effectively so deadlines are met
- Thinks logically and enjoys problem solving
- Is hands on, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure whilst also managing the repetitive tasks efficiently
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
- Will ideally (though not essential) have experience of working with Power BI, Publisher, and software testing.
