Role Title - Administrator

Salary - £18,000 Per Annum Plus annual bonus

Benefits

Overall purpose of role
- To provide administration services for our Life Settlement clients, carrying out all aspects of administration processes.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks -- To undertake due diligence and administration of Life Settlement purchase transactions
- To assist with the administration of Life Settlement sale transactions
- To provide ongoing administration services and support to our Life Settlement clients
- Premium Payment and Reconciliation
- To assist with any day-to-day tasks / projects
- To work as a team ensuring that the overall team and company objectives are met
- Wider contribution/other
- To organise the transfer of client funds to the appropriate escrow account
- To communicate with both internal teams and external parties, such as US Life Settlement Providers, Banks, Escrow Agents and US Life Insurance companies, during the transaction process
- To prepare and finalise fund disbursement documents, ensuring a high level of accuracy
- To ensure that internal systems are updated accordingly
- To communicate with internal teams, such as, Trading, Actuarial and Finance
- To assist in the preparation of a sales documentation package for the policy buyer
- To ensure the buyer is in receipt of all required documentation
- To assist the buyer in the transfer of title and beneficiary process, in accordance with the Sale Agreement
- To ensure that payment is received by our client within the appropriate bank account
- To ensure that internal systems and updated accordingly
- To communicate with internal teams, such as Trading and Finance

Knowledge and Skills -- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Decisive, accountable and able to act under own initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal with external parties
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- A professional and organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks according
- Previous experience within financial or legal administration services (Desired)
- Familiar with working as part of a team
- At least 2 years administration experience (Desired)
