We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our EA Insights team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will provide a comprehensive support service to our EA Insights division.

Working on a range of projects, you will oversee project set-up and close down, as well as tracking invoices and work in progress activities.

Providing critical MI for performance via timesheet reporting, you will also seek to improve business processes that are in place for project administration.

Additionally, you will co-ordinate EA Insights internal events and assist the Insights director with diary management in terms of travel bookings.

About You

**To be considered as an Administrator, you will need**:

- Excellent organisational skills
- IT literacy, especially familiarity with Microsoft packages, in particular Excel and Outlook
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- A strong team player mentality
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- At a minimum, GCSEs in English Language and Maths
