**HR Administrator (Supporting HR team)**

**Temp - Onsite role**

We are looking for a highly experienced administrator to support our client on an 8-week HR project, the role will be on-site full time-based in their Chester office. We are looking for an individual who can work independently and has a strong admin background with an understanding of GDPR.

You will assist the HR department in ensuring all Employee HR files are in order and uploaded onto an electronic filing system, uploading any additional data required, and going through an audit trail to ensure everything is GDPR compliant. Then migrate the data onto the new HR system.

**Key skills**
- You must be extremely organised and manage your time efficiently
- Knowledge and understanding of GDPR guidelines to ensure HR records are compliant
- Proficient in MS Suite
- Work well independently
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration background
- HR experience would be an advantage but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chester, Cheshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: One location
