**At M&M Services Ltd we are recruiting a Maintenance/Warranty Co-ordinator Administrator. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a great team.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Answering all incoming calls

- organising engineers
- ordering parts
- keeping up to date on planned maintenance calls
- replenish stock and spare parts
- liaise with our Accounts Department, Project Managers and Estimating team when required.
- Administrative duties

**Essential criteria is**:

- **Minimum 1 years experience in an office environment
**- **Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard, at least Math and English
- Experience of Microsoft and Excel
- Strong IT and computer skills
- Takes initiative and can multitask
- Good attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Quick learner
- Experience of dealing with customer on the telephone
- high level of enthusiasm and resilience

Work Remotely
- No

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
