**Technical Compliance Administrator**

**Job Overview**

of our existing team reporting to the Head of Technical Compliance (Environmental

- Co-ordination of meeting room booking calendar
- General administrative tasks
- Any other task deemed necessary by management.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Educated to GCSE level with a minimum of Grade C or equivalent in English and

Maths
- Experience working with Microsoft software packages, in particular Microsoft Access
- 1 years’ experience in a similar role within a GMP environment.
- Highly motivated, able to work on own initiative as well as part of a busy team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.

**Desirable Criteria**:
Due to the nature of the role preference will be given to applicants demonstrating the

following desirable criteria:

- Working experience of control and issuing of ‘Working copy’ paperwork
- NVQ in Business and Administration
- A-Level ICT or equivalent
- A-Level English or equivalent

**Duration**: Full time, fixed term for a period of approximately six months, with the possibility
of further short-term extension

**Location**: Newry

**Additional Information**:

- This role will be based in a site that produces and handles penicillin, and as such,

this role would not be suitable for those that have a penicillin allergy.
