We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Team & Projects Coordinator to join our Commercial Directorate at GTR. In this diverse administrative and project support role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the team is supported and organised, creating a more productive and effective working environment in a busy department.

We are looking for someone who can bring the following skills and experience to this role:

- **Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Discreet, professional, and customer-focused approach at all times.
- Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Proficient in IT skills, including Word, Excel, and accounting systems (Oracle).
- Sound numerical sense and financial awareness.

**Experience and Knowledge**
- Experience in a similar role would be preferred.
- Knowledge or experience of the UK passenger rail industry is beneficial, but not essential.
