**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
As an integral part of our team, you will provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director, assisting in achieving business deliverables and ensuring the seamless operation of our company. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
**_MD Support:_** Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our MD's schedule and work life, coordinating every aspect with precision and finesse. You'll be the driving force behind their success, anticipating their needs, and ensuring they're fully prepared for meetings and engagements. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to support our MD in enhancing their personal brand.

**_ Culture & People:_** Foster a positive and engaging work environment by providing an exceptional experience for our London-based team members. From organizing exciting social activities to facilitating team-building initiatives, you'll play a vital role in creating a strong sense of camaraderie and collaboration.

**_Coordinating Projects_**: Collaborate with our Management team to implement and sustain effective business processes, keeping everyone aligned and enabling the achievement of our company goals. You'll be responsible for organizing meetings, managing agendas, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.

**_Office Management:_** As the face of T-Tech, you'll oversee all aspects of our office operations to create a productive and enjoyable workspace. From managing office purchases to coordinating maintenance services, you'll ensure our office is well-equipped and a great place to work. Additionally, you'll handle logistics, including post management and transportation arrangements, and be our main point of contact with the landlord and building management.

Education/Qualifications: You hold a degree from a reputable university, ideally with a 2:1 classification. Additionally, you have a Grade A (Level 7) or above in GCSE English and Maths.
