Randox has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results orientated individual to join a global leader in the provision of medical diagnostics. The role will include assisting the international sales team with customer development and market knowledge that will be gained through extensive research.

**The Role**:

- To support the sales team in lead generation and customer development.
- Extensive research into the markets and gaining knowledge for potential/new customers.
- Plan and conduct regular calls to customers in Russian speaking/CIS markets (Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Moldova etc).
- Support the marketing team with country specific activities and translations.
- Work towards and track sales/KPI performance throughout the month and analyse performance against targets.
- Develop a high level of product knowledge to be able to confidently support customers with relevant information.
- Generate leads, close business and hit targets.
- Communicate customer questions and feedback to the team.

**Essential**:

- Aptitude and confidence in conversing with decision makers.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbally with the ability to build rapport efficiently.
- Ability to pose relevant and insightful questions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
- Fluent in English and Russian.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
