About your team

About your role

The purpose of this role is to provide operational and administrative support across the Employee Experience Team’s portfolio, including work on Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing. You will enable the effective functioning of the team through coordinating operational procedures and supporting collaboration between team members. You will hone your organisational, problem solving and communication skills, while making Fidelity a great place to work for all our people. You will support our listening strategy by analysing employee sentiment in our annual Feel Heard engagement and inclusion survey, to identify opportunities for building a better place to work.
