**The Role**
You will play a vital role in ensuring our Clients receive excellent care using an efficient commercial methodology. Your primary roles are matching Clients and Carers, onboarding new Clients to help us grow, making sure our rotas are watertight, and responding to unexpected events to make sure our Clients are never left without great care. You will be a fundamental part of the care our Clients receive but also instrumental in making sure we hit our targets. A supportive and calm manner together with excellent organisational and communication skills are vital for this important role in our fast-growing team.

**You will**
- Prepare our weekly rotas using our rota software
- Match our Carers and Clients to ensure a great service from start to finish
- Work closely with other departments to help grow the business by onboarding new clients smoothly and quickly
- Hit KPI’s relating to punctuality, travel time, client onboarding, and other key metrics to drive the business forward
- Be the bridge between the Office and Field
- Respond to unexpected events (sickness, lateness etc) in real-time
- Help make sure that accidents and incidents are recorded
- Work with the Sales and recruitment team to onboard mew clients.
- Work toward, and exceed important organisational targets

**Salary**: £23,402.00-£25,339.00 per year
