**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- KPI Delivery
- Pipeline Building - and categorization - for future opportunities
- Market intelligence and feeding back areas of development
- Reporting - to report back their performance stats weekly and monthly
- To be organised and ready with a plan for each call “preparation”
- Follow up on leads in the timescales agreed
- Daily tasks - dialling and updating PipeDrive
- Identify opportunities for improvements and embrace the ISO standards.
- Maintain and encourage a positive, collaborative and proactive company culture.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by your line manager or the Directors
- Articulating our products to Csuite level leaders over the phone
- Identifying sales opportunities and arranging meetings for BDMs
- Targeting sales opportunities via prospecting on LinkedIn

**Key Skills, Competencies & Experience**
- A strong telemarketing/sales background with a proven track record in delivering results
- Professional manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage their time effectively
- Focused and target driven
- Proven track record in KPI delivery
- Ability to work with others and able to use own initiative
- Confident with talking to high level decision makers
- Very persistent whilst remaining polite
- Qualification from the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM) (ideal but not essential)

Any other industry recognised qualification would also be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
